The xTool C1 Color Cutter is coming to Muskego

The xTool C1 is a color cutter that prints in full color and then cuts, all in one machine. It also has a built-in scanner, and it's built for stickers, vinyl, iron-on transfers, cardstock and more. I'm planning to add one for demos in my Muskego, Wisconsin shop and for hands-on maker events. Until then, I'm happy to show you the machines I have now.

Common questions

When can I see the C1 in Muskego?

It's coming soon. I don't have a C1 in the shop yet. In the meantime, I can demo the xTool M2, which also combines color printing and cutting, and the WonderPress heat press that pairs with iron-on projects.

How is the C1 different from a laser?

The C1 is a blade cutter with a built-in color printer, made for stickers, vinyl, iron-ons and paper crafts. A laser cuts and engraves wood, acrylic, leather and metal. Many makers use both.

What ink does the C1 use?

xTool's Duraproof pigment ink in CMYK. According to xTool, stickers are waterproof without laminating, apparel prints hold up for up to 30 washes, and the cartridges can't be refilled or swapped for third-party ink. Iron-on projects also need a heat press.

How big can the C1 cut?

12" ร— 12" on the standard mat, 12" ร— 24" with the long mat, or 11"-wide material up to 12 feet long with the optional roll holder, according to xTool.

What does it cost, and when can I order?

The C1 starts at $469 for the Basic package. Reserve now with a $10 deposit through November 5, then complete your order from November 5 through November 20. Shipping is expected to start in early to mid November.

Is the $10 deposit refundable?

Yes. xTool says the deposit is refundable before final payment and is credited toward your purchase.

Ready to reserve your C1?
