Refund policy

Every Triple S Creations item is handmade in my Muskego, Wisconsin shop, and many are personalized just for you.

All sales are final
I don’t accept returns or exchanges. This applies to personalized items, custom orders, 3D photo crystals and ready-made items. For 3D crystals, you approve a free 3D preview before anything is engraved. Please double-check spelling, names, dates and other details before you place your order.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email me at don@ptech.us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. I’ll remake it, replace it or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you. You won’t need to send the item back unless I ask.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
