Processing time
Ready-made items ship in 1–3 business days. Personalized and made-to-order items take 3–7 business days to make before they ship. 3D crystals start once you’ve approved your preview. Orders may take longer around the holidays. If yours will be delayed, I’ll let you know.
Shipping rates (United States only)
- Free Economy shipping on orders of $50 or more
- Economy is $4.90 up to 5 lb and $19.90 for 5–70 lb
- Standard is $6.90 up to 1 lb and $9.90 for 1–5 lb
You’ll see exact rates at checkout. When your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email.
Free local pickup in Muskego
Choose local pickup at checkout to collect your order at The Huckleberry Collective in Muskego. I’ll email you when it’s ready, usually within 5 days. When you arrive, ask at the counter for your Triple S Creations order.
International shipping
I currently ship only within the United States.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email don@ptech.us and I’ll make it right.
